Pen (altho really I guess u can use pencil or pen?)
Paint Roller
Fill Bucket (Optional, sorta)
1.
Make an Eye (obviously)
(If you put it on an animal, do the animal first.
You'll want to make sure you have it to copy and paste, the process is a bit messy ._.')
2.
Color the eye the base color (Preferrably with the bucket, but doesn't matter if on an animal.
Blue, Purple, whatever the color.
3.
Get the Paint Roller.
There's multiple ways to shade/add details to the eye.
For Ex:
Use the Basic Black (Preferably the darker one, shown in the Anim)
Make a Gradient, leaving a bit of space to keep the original color.
(If it gets out of the lines, onto your drawing, don't worry)
((Also, I would suggest making it upwards, but it's your choice))
I usually put a cirle of the black, or a darker version of the same color, around the pupil.
That's the most basic way.

LinkIf you'd like, take that then get either the Silver/Grey beside the white and under the black.
Or, you can get the silver under white and beside red.
Put the Paint Roller on the smallest setting.
After you do that, go either:
(If you'd like, before the following make a small gradient with 1 or 2 lines of it below
Leaving a bit of room for the original color of the eye if you'd like)
((It's used preferably for the 2nd choice))
Side to Side all across the eye (Once, Twice, etc.. ((I usually go for twice, but again, your choice))
OR, you can go Up and Down the eye, going from the small lighter gradient.
ALSO
You can make a gradient going from side to side, just do the same thing with the normal gradients.
4.
After the shading and stuff, copy and paste the line art or animal over it.
5.
You're done!
