Codename: Arrow Weapon/power: Uses a bow and gets her arrows from her power. Her power is to create small things, like arrows, daggers, and handcuffs, and she can control them to a small degree. For example, she can't shoot them without the help of her bow, but if they are slightly of target she can change the directon to a small degree. However, if her hand get compleatly covered up, she can't use her power. Personality: She is very under confedent in her self; she will ask multiple questions just to make sure she's doing something right.
