Flippy is a magic 1930s cartoon character who can come out of his drawings and cartoons whenever he wants. He can shoot out his skull (as above) and regrow it. He can also open a giant, sharp-toothed mouth in his stomach and (obviously) breath fire. He rarely ever does these things, but he can if he wants to. His show is called Flippy fun time and it was animated in 1935 by Milt Morgue (pronounced Morgan) and it was a hit. When Milt died in 1947 because of a heart attack, Flippy was taken into the care of Micheal Morgue (Milt's great, great grandson) in 2007 after Micheal found a box full of Milt's cartoon sketches, drawings and merchandise of his characters and to this day Flippy is still being taken care of by Micheal
