LinkIt was the middle of November and your oc had been going for a walk, and it was snowing during that time so your oc went out to see the fall colors and the snow
they eventually went to the river to see if any ice showed up,
but instead your oc sees like, some weird winged creature slumped over a log in the river lmao

the thing was the only other living being in the area, that is if it is alive lol

the creature just remained still
and ngl it's probably dead considering how cold it is

The being was, very tiny and child like, yet the wings, ears and scaled hands show this definitely wasn't human
Yeah this was obviously just a baby,,, whatever this was, but one of the eyes were completely ripped out and a very weird eye shaped series of cuts on their chest, but the blood was solid gold u like the normal red color
He did bouncy grabby hands and once he was given the plate he sped off probably to go consume in a closet

Neil:*he looks around still holding his book bag which held a bunch of supplies for living in woods*hey!
Neil:*he felt lucky to have Good boots he then set his bag down and walked over to him*
After getting a closer look, the thing was very small, most likely child, but the face wasn't visible lol
Neil:*he rolls his eyes and picks it up but because he has soft spot he held them gently*
yeah this was obviously a child
but one eye was ripped out and there was a very strange ritualistic scar on their chest that seemed to bleed solid gold
Neil:*he didn't care about the gold part he was just worried for them through he didn't show it he then carried them back into the woods and to a little camp he set up*
The thing was cold and limp, but a tiny squeak kinda escaped, just shivering
Neil:*the racoon boy quickly wrapped a blanket around it and started a fire placing them in there lap and got close to the fire while eating a can of food*
The thing didn't move until they opened the one working eye, confused
Neil:*he had a calm tired face but he kept his eyes on the fire still poking it*
Neil:*he knew they were awake and allowed this he was pretty warm got to admit*
Neil:*his tail poofed out automatically and kinda wraps itself around him*
Neil:*he eventually gets hl holding him and crawls with him inside his tent and closed it putting out the fire before closing it and got in his sleeping bag and just kinda cuddled the small thing to keep him warm*
*next morning when he woke up Neil wasn't there but he was tucked into the sleeping bag*
*the zipper was open and wind flows in some leaves were inside too*
Neil:*he came back to the fireplace holding some fish and a fishrod*
He escaped the tend and scurried over to him, making soft peeping noises
Neil:*he was confused and ruffled his hair and started cooking the fish sitting down in the log*
