sorry if this comes out rude, I really don't want it to sound that way
but maybe the dude just doesn't care anymore, Im sure this dude has other problems and other things he want's to do with his life then to work on a website thats 96% of 10 year olds
I personally don't blame him for not updating the site, tho it would be nice

But also, drawn is new so i understand why the dev updates it alot
I think he probably just got burned out. Whenever he did anything, everyone was hassling him about everything. He might have just ran out of stuff to do, and got tired of finding other stuff to do.
