And I'll start now

So my cousin almost got kidnapped. He was walking with his sister when a blue car pulled up not a light blue not a dark blue just kinda in the middle of them? And there were two males who tried grabbing him though his sister pulled him away and started running pulling him along and when they came back to my house they told me what had happened. The weird thing is the next day I saw a car that was the same colour and the same type but I just kinda ignored it.
