- being lonely - being around too many people - having too much attention put on me - being ignored - being trapped somewhere with no outside communication - the deep ocean - what’s in the dark - being judged - seeming clingy - seeming soft or weak - having my motions be seen - seeming obsessed with something tot he point of annoyance (There’s more)

- drowning - thunder and lightning - having an anxiety attack at school/ in public - my secrets being found out by those I don’t trust - trusting the wrong people again - failing a grade/test - having people disappointed or mad at me - failure - forgetting everything

Okay this last one is a bit of an explanation. So, I have tons of suicidal thoughts every day. Sometimes they’re strong, other times they’re pretty weak. But most of the time, after the strong ones die off, I realize how close I came to killing myself. How quickly it could have ended. How next time I might not be able to fight it off and I might just kill myself. That worries me.
