God this took longer than I intended to I spent a few hrs on it rip *Ahem meet my new oc Izzy. I won't elaborate too much here though. Izzy was born in a small town so her talent was immediately discovered. But since she was always happy and smiling when she ws young so they thought wrongly of her talent. Her gift is influencing others with her emotions so if she was happy you MUST be too. But the town ppl thought she could make people happy, so everybody loaded up their fav stuff on her, even dying her hair their fav colour. They made this outfit for her to show shes like the Happy Ambassodor or something lol. Izzy is so soft and kind she allowed them to do this although they see her more like a tool than a human. I hope this doesnt flop if it does ill cry. God there were so many details Kinda a comfort oc? Cross between 2 other comfort ocs of mine i havent drawn out yet 🥰🤩🥳
