LinkAU is alternate universe and I guess for flipanim it's like "this person is now this person from another fandom, or they're older now, or they're the opposite personality"
They can be really fun with your characters I have like... Too many... But I really don't understand ones where the characters cross over to other fandoms tbh like keep it self contained don't drag randos into it

AU: Alternate Universe
so basically a Flipanim AU is a different version of Flipanim where people portray a different version of themselves as well as the website itself
i don't find it dumb, i didnt even notice that people made them.. I'm just "meh" with them

it can be artwork, role-play, story, and some other things
although the most common one an AU would be put into is a written piece such as a story on Wattpad
