my legs rarely hurt, usually it's my feet and my spine if I've been not sitting for a while

I run a lot because at my homeschool co-op my friends are running a lot so I run to keep up with them. So my legs are tortured a lot. I went horseback riding yesterday and sciatica is common with horseback riders. So that might be it
