Me either. Ironically enough, she was originally cut from the game for some reason (idk why). Since Cherry Blossom Cookie is gonna be playable in Kingdom, that makes her the 3rd cut cookie to become playable in the game, after Cocoa Cookie and Moon Rabbit Cookie.
