LinkLorrah is a 'Spliced' of mainly Sinodiatrex from her father and genetics engineer, and an unnamed female Guanomi gene donor. This particular Splice called "Desert Survivalist" named for their omnivorous diets and increased resistance to heat and dryness, as well as tougher scales. This Splice is a mid ground between Guanomi and Sinodiatrex that stands at about human height, and its strength and stamina is about the same as a human's. Like it's Sinodiatrex part, it also has fantastic energy reserves in its meaty tail it also uses as a counter balance to it's head. This Splice is better at surviving deserts than either of its components, it's only downside being its hooves don't give it the best traction in finer sands, but also they allow it to traverse the hot dunes when it's Guanomi component would have to wait for dusk to continue.

LinkThese Splices are often recruited to explore desert planets and help get supplies to their allies on Guan or Sanghelios. Splices also have the downside of sometimes being sterile due to their gene editing. Lorrah is an exception, however.

LinkLorrah uses they/them pronouns despite remaining cisgender female, this is due to trauma reasons, because they often heard 'she this' and 'she that' from children in their school as a child when they whispered about them. As at the time, Splices were exceedingly rare, and still are, but were then moreso. They were also still viewed as unethical despite the many failsafes in place to prevent a terribly deformed child being hatched. Lorrah is also mildly autistic, mostly struggling with verbal responses, their CAD (Communication Assistance Device) helping greatly in communicating with their peers as a top scientist at Starseeker Labs. They often keep their CAD decorated with flower stickers.

LinkTheir father loves them dearly and often goes all the way off planet just to have lunch with his daughter at Lunar Base Ceta. Their father is not only proud of his achievement of creating them so perfect, but also proud of his daughter, for their success despite their difference from their peers. Them sitting together is also adorable btw, their dwarf their father in size.

LinkLorrah is quite upbeat and caring, really only getting upset if someone moves their things or if they're forced to do something different than the way they normally do it. Even then the frustration is usually snuffed out quickly when they've realized how they reacted.
