i dont feel safe in my own home, i feel like my mom isnt my mom at all tbh and everyones just a mimic.
im really scared, because sometimes at night i hear noises in my house and so i just hide somewhere until i feel safe again.
it sounds childish, but i have extreme anxiety and honestly im terrified.
its not just because of stalkers or anything, but like, i genuinely feel as if im being watched by something that isnt human.
i could just be paranoid, but im scared.

If you don't mind could you answer these so I could try and see something
1. Do you feel like your mom has been replaced by a creature that is out to get you?
2. disconnected from everything to the point where you feel like you can't think properly
3. Do you get enough sleep? Or have you gone through any major traumatic events? (I apologize if this is too personal)
1. I do. Yesterday I called for her and she wasn't acting like her normal self, and I had a bad feeling about it. I also feel like I've been experiencing flesh pedestrians (s walkers) recently and more than often. At most every night or so.
2. I can think properly, but I'm extremely terrified of looking at whatever those things are. (I have seen some things move in the shadows before, but tbh I don't know if it's my imagination or not).
3. I get at least 5-8 hours of sleep, which I heard is enough for a human to function. I haven't really gone through any traumatic events, but I have witnessed my cat pass away of old age. It didn't really affect me much, but now looking back, I do miss her.
I also do have a fear of being alone, and being watched. The only people I feel safe around right now are my friends, my sibling, and my father. I'm concerned about my mom and my brother though.
Oh also, I heard entities can not pass through cats, so I usually have my cats in my room.
