Mika: Killed by assassins Khomii: Murder. He was supposed to do (censored) with a man he found at work but that man wasn't right in the head and when Khomii tried to get away the man shot him. He was brought back by Halo but at that point Khomii was very aggressive and Halo had to train that out of him. Halo couldn't quite do it and Khomii went on a killing spree and got killed by some angry demons Halo: Cancer. In the head.
