That Christ died to pay for our sins, and because of that your sins are payed for (YOU'LL NEED TO ACCEPT THE GIFT THOUGH WHICH IS HAVING THAT FAITH IN CHRIST) and you get to walk with God through life YES!! and Be with God after this life OF COURSE LOL
God loves you!! (Also it's surely not gonna be comfortable all the time serving God, but surely a good choice, I'd say!)

That's debatable. Because if he knew who God was and "said" he was a christian but abused his kids, that's like saying, "I have a dog." when really you don't. You're just saying you have a dog for the attention. I mean it's his choice to abuse his kids. God probably doesn't want him to do that but the guy abused his kids anyways.
