keep drawing skill comes from experience, so if you draw a lot and care about learning the techniques, like anatomy, small tricks for proportions, learning exaggeration, such and such, then you will get better over time

*inhale* To improve try making your drawings more proportional, draw women with smaller breasts and wider waists. If a woman has large breasts she will most likely have wide hips as well, thinner women are more prone to smaller breasts. However, large breasts and wide hips can indicate they've had a child at some point as well, so if you have a mother character you could try to have their form match relativity. Your anatomy of women is the only thing about your art that ticks me off, eh.

Ok,soo Do some line art.Or do good shading,one of the two Don't make the girls have SUCH HUGE BOOBS Make them a bit fatter,as in give them some weight.It looks like their starved. Don't make to many vents,people will hate that. Try to shade and add lighting,but not so much. [This is my opinion]Don't draw so many pictures of you and Springtrap,or just Springtrap.To me it is kind of irritating.No offense Try not to make evrything about love or sadness,it makes me question life [This is my opinion]Don't make a lot of 18+'s.Please If you found this rude or mean,im sorry
