Linkactually its a very detalied process called sexual reproduction, the way it works is two morphologically distinct types of specialized reproductive cells called gametes fuse together, involving a female's large ovum (or egg) and a male's smaller sperm. Each gamete contains half the number of chromosomes of normal cells. They are created by a specialized type of cell division, which only occurs in eukaryotic cells, known as meiosis. The two gametes fuse during fertilization to produce DNA replication and the creation of a single-celled zygote which includes genetic material from both gametes. In a process called genetic recombination, genetic material (DNA) joins up so that homologous chromosome sequences are aligned with each other, and this is followed by exchange of genetic information. Two rounds of cell division then produce four daughter cells with half the number of chromosomes from each original parent cell, and the same number of chromosomes as both parents, though self-fertilization can occur. LinkIn order to sexually reproduce, both males and females need to find a mate. Generally in animals mate choice is made by females while males compete to be chosen. This can lead organisms to extreme efforts in order to reproduce, such as combat and display, or produce extreme features caused by a positive feedback known as a Fisherian runaway. Thus sexual reproduction, as a form of natural selection, has an effect on evolution. Sexual dimorphism is where the basic phenotypic traits vary between males and females of the same species. Dimorphism is found in both sex organs and in secondary sex characteristics, body size, physical strength and morphology, biological ornamentation, behavior and other bodily traits. However, sexual selection is only implied over an extended period of time leading to sexual dimorphism

LinkHuman reproduction normally begins with copulation, followed by nine months of pregnancy before childbirth, though it may be achieved through artificial insemination. Many years of parental care are required before a human child becomes independent, typically between twelve and eighteen or more. Pregnancy can be avoided with the use of contraceptives such as condoms and Intrauterine devices

LinkBoi, Im pretty sure im going to learn that in school (Im 5th grade m8)
Well I dont want this to be long:
A sperm gets into an egg, the egg gets fertilized, the first one that reaches the egg fertilizes it. Once it reaches the end the sperm attaches itself to the membrane. A few minutes the outer membranes fuse and the sperm is inside. This will cause change in the eggs membrane. Then, the egg releases chemicals that will cause the other sperms, away. In the egg, the tightly packed male genetics spreads. A membrane is formed around the genetics. Inside the new membrane,
the genetics turn into 23 chromosomes. The Female sex chromosomes, are awakened by the fusion of the sperm. Are proceeding to finish dividing. Resulting that the female pronucleus also containing 23 chomosomes. As the the female and male pronuclei make web-like threads, that pull them together. Both join, completing the fertilization. During this, a genetic code is made, determining the persons eye, skin, hair color, traits and gender. This new cell (zygote) is the beginning of a new human to be born.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that I really shouldn't try to tell jokes
I wasn't being serious when I posted it...
See, it all starts with a process called meiosis. Its basically mitosis, but for making gametes instead of normal cells. It first starts off with the duplicated chromosomes the organism it inherited from its mother lining up with the ones from its father and swapping genes in a process called crossing over. This results in four different chromosomes. Cell division then happens like in mitosis, except it is here where meiosis splits into two types: spermatogenesis or oogenesis, the prior for males and then latter for females. In spermatogenesis, the cells divide like in mitosis, producing two cells with a normal 46 chromosomes. Then, without replicating the DNA again, the cells split again, this time ending with only 23 chromosomes. Thus four gametes are produced. However, due to not having enough DNA and the proper amount of organelles, these cells are short lived, yet easy to produce. Oogenesis is similar, yet produces one gamete that has enough nutrients and organelles to live until fertilization. (Cont.)
Even afterwards, it uses these organelles to allow the zygote to live and grow. Oogenesis divides just like in mitosis and spermatogenesis but, all of the organelles and nutrients go with one of the cells. This happens again in the second stage of meiosis where the cell is reduced to a haploid cell. This results in two lipid-encased bundles of DNA called polar bodies which are reused for nutrients in the organism. And that is how gametes are made for most Eukaryotes. (*gametes are not babies, only cells containing half the DNA for one)
