X3 there's no preparation or anything, you just wear them, but you just have to make sure they don't get scratched

Try not to scratch them, and if it’s a all time thing don’t take them off constantly otherwise your eyes get blurry, it might not for you but it does for me so it’s just a tip.

Don't use any shirts to clean them. Its better to use the cloth that is provided, or a wet wipe.

The only thing you need to do.. is don't get hit by a ball.. and go eat carrots if you don't want to wear glasses unless.. it is pass by one genes and have a chromosome that needs glasses.. then carrots are useless...
