What if..
Its Kinser, and he/she is just trying to cover himself up by attempting to destroy russia's reputation.
It isn't kinser, I've known kinser since they joined on their first account, I can recognize their style from a mile away, even if they tried, that's not them.
so maybe do your homework before you do that theory. Plus kinser doesn't NEED to frame russia for anything, russia already has a bad rep on her own.
