features are when you do an animation so good, they get featured. but it's hard to GET a feature, so, good luck if you wanna get on top. the featured people get on the popular page on the browsed animation page, and the features appear on your account. also, features are a good thing, and so are feature reports. (actually, i'm not really sure about feature reporting, that's just my opinion.)

not every animation on the popular page is featured, though. and features are stars that appear on your animation. when you get more than 50 or 100 likes and comments, or if FlipAnim just likes it.
