i know it might taste good
but like don't be downing them, i drink energy drinks and i can tell you, like 3 sips can get you going in a few minutes

you should be fine as long as you just sip on one through the day, but no more since you downed one like that-
its a simple mistake, just you'll be feeling like you're going 100 miles per hour and probably wanting to pass out, but like you wont actually die or anything, your heart rate might be up tho
