Only if you want one! If you do, make sure you get it from a good brand and get one that isn't too small. If it's hard to breathe, get a bigger size. Don't wear it for more than 8 hours, and don't do any physical activity in it (aside from like, walking ofc). If you're not careful, it can be really damaging to your body.
