LinkMe being the most artsy fartsy person in school, would be the last person you expect to hate art class.
I just don’t like it because they always tell you what to draw and how to draw. I want to draw my own way. Also, I never learn anything there and my teacher kinda sucks. So I guess I’m still self taught if that class dose me no good

My teacher once spent half of the lesson showing us that to sketch you need to do the outline first and then shade.
I just stood there really pissed off because I wanted to draw already but no we still wasted half of the lesson watching that woman outline a face.
I’m pretty sure even people that don’t know how to draw will do the outline first.

My teacher just blasts Justin Bieber songs and as an ecscuse says “.just draw how it makes you feel.” The whole lesson is just us given something to draw with strict rules, while our teacher turns nightcore music on full in the backround. Also her anotmony is REAL wonky when she draws.
I couldn't really enjoy my art class because I would usually worry everyday on what next big project she my give us. That's probably because she would usually mark me down a grade letter if we make the tiniest of mistakes. But my art teacher actually gave me some good advice on perspective and shading. She was pretty dang strict though.
