its ok it happens it can perphaps be from ur parents ur bully if u have one ur past or ur relation ship with a well known person that u love tell me what has happened of those or eather another reason what bad is going on in ur life?

oh i actually have the same problem aa- but anyway its normal to be shy theres nothing wrong with that but just take a deep breath and perphaps try to talk to like another girl and see how it will come out or u can try to find a person in ur school that likes the same hobbys
