Watcher is the partner of H1T-0, as he eliminates enemies from afar. His main weapon, Ol' Rifle, Is a dark-brown sniper rifle with an attachable suppressor. If he is not killing canines with H1T or riding in his favorite golf cart, he will be buying/selling/using catnip. He likes milk, too. (Obviously, he is a cat.) When he does not have enough ammunition to support his rifle, he has trusty pistol and his trusty knife. WARNING: TOUCH HIS BANDANA/EYEPATCH AND YOU WILL DIE.
