Oh thank you, I'm so flattered you would ask me that--
I'm still very much in the learning process, but I would say always keep your reference close and most importantly TAKE YOUR TIME. I started on this bee maybe at 9:30 last night and just stuck with it, kept going section by section and when I was almost finished I glanced back and my clock and saw it was half past midnight. Those three hours really flew by, but really were important for me to actually get this right. FlipAnim's tools may not be the best for blending, but I found with this drawing for a fuzzy creature like a bee using dodts on the smallest pencil size were pretty effective for blending (and, of course, fuzz). Hope this helps!
