It was the first day of college, holy shit was Sol nervous. He really didn't want to share his dorm room with some weirdo, hopefully it was a normal person for once. Maybe they could even find some common ground. He wheels his belongings to the room and uses his keys to unlock the door. Did he get here first?

Caspian: -he was in the dorm room, unboxing different canvases and paintings. He'd stare at them for a couple of seconds then put the ones he liked into a portfolio, and then re boxing the ones he didn't like -
yes. also qq is it bad tha ti might be eating expired food ))
There's a knock at the door, and a silence. Sol was nervously waiting to see if there was anyone inside or not. If there was, he didn't just want to barge in.
Hi, as a chef YES???? DONT EAT EXPIRED FORR?)
Caspian: -he turned his head towards the door, placing down the canvas that was in his hands onto his bed. He walked over to the door, cracking it open a bit and peeking one of his eyes through the crack- "hello?.."
it tastes good i think its fine ))
Sol awkwardly waves, nervous smile on his face "Uh, is this [insert room nmumber here cus my lazy ass doesnt know what ot put here]?"
He looks at the door number, it seemed to be the right one. unless he was becoming dyslexic or delusional !!

Caspian: -he slowly opened the door more and nodded- "oh, is this your room?"
this random chinese snack that i found in the back of the cabinet ))
"I think so." he nods sheepishly, carefully stepping inside. He surveys the room, already imagining some interior designs.
Does it taste or smell different?))
Caspian: "make yourself at home." -he walked back over to his 'room' or however this dorm is set up and kept flipping through his works-

Sol nods and starts unpacking. He set out a few things on the desk before taking a break and opening the window

Caspian: -he looked up at Sol, raising an eyebrow, trying to figure out what he was doing before he looked away-
i threw the wrapper out !!!! ITS OKAY IM OKKAY !! ))
he leaned out, taking in the scenery. living here wouldn't be too bad, would it? The scenery was nice, and there was a local park nearby. Maybe he could visit there with his friends.
He steps over his bags and picks them up and places them on hsi bed
Caspian: -[damn this guy is completely lost in thought] he thought as he smiled to himself and taped the box of unwanted art and slid it under his bed-
He was still thinking about when to set up times with his friends when he stubbed his toe on the edge of the bed.
Slight tears pricked his eyes before he shooks his head, bit his lip, and continued unpacking. (he has bennett luck..)
Caspian: -he slowly turned his head towards Sol- "are you okay?.."
(He's just like me)
"yup" he squeaks before putting his clothes in a drawer "I'm fine."
(cant be me....cant be me...)
Caspian: "are you hurt?" -he quickly gets up with a worried expression-
(I'm a Bennett kin....)
"it's fine, really." he smiles anxiously, setting down a box "don't worry about me, please."
(i'm an aranara kinnie....)
Sol nods vigorously, smiling "I'm fine, really." he sets the box down and opens it with a boxcutter

Caspian : -he nods but watches carefully just in case anything goes wrong -

Sol manages to unpack 3 boxes before collapsing on the bed, and realizing that hte bedsheets and everything probably need to be washed. He starts collecting things like blanket, pillowcases, and other dirty laundry
actually me tho )
Caspian: -he was doing mindless tasks, wiping things down, packing, unpacking but every once and a while would turn back to check on Sol-

Sol was scurrying around, and soon threw his findings in a bag "I'm gonna go to the laundromats, brb." he said before running out
Caspian: -he didn't really have time to respond so he kept doing his little tasks-
save me im being held at a gunpoint ))
an hour later he returns, and starts folding the laundry neatly

Caspian: "welcome back." -he says while setting up a cutting board and knife with a few things on it such as onion, garlic, y'know normal stuffs-
"You hungry?"
GAH I DID IM AT A LOCAL MCDONALDS RN... ))
"A bit." Sol laughs, smiling. "Thanks." he continues folding the laundry, making the beds, and other housekeeping things
