Here's what happens:
"I'm going to play outside mom!" A tiny siamese kitten meowed.
"Ok! Don't get into trouble!" The kit's mother answered.
The kitten, Akori was his name, was the only one of his litter.
He was a normal little kitten, at least everyone thought..
He walked outside, and looked around. He was lonely, as there were
not any other kits in the nursery. He thought to himself, before
one of the younger apprentices came along.
"I'm not busy currently, so... wanna' play?" The apprentice, Anor,
a silver tabby tom, asked.
"Sure!" Akori answered. The apprentice ran off to grab a ball of moss,
and quickly returned. They began messing around until Anor's mentor
came and took him out for training. By then, Akori was starving.
He made his way back to the nursery.
"Mom, can we go to the fresh kill pile and get something to eat?" he asked.
"Of course!" his mother, Akora, answered. So, they made their way to the fresh kill pile.
"What should we get?" Akora asked, lowering her head to Akori. Akori, tilted his head, and looked at the pile.
"How about--This!" Akori meowed, and dragged out a plump squirrel.
"Oo! That looks perfect!" Akora responded hungrily. They then made their way back to the nursery and ate.
Eventually, the camp was shadowed by night, the only light from the moon and stars. The camp was calm and quiet. Peaceful, in fact.
The perfect place it seemed. Yet, dark secrets and tragedies were yet to come.
Unknowingly, the kit fell asleep. Thinking the world was a happy, peaceful place...
